MoloGuest is a guest feedback and service request platform targeting small to medium sized guesthouses, lodges, hotels, and attractions. Founded by 3T Business Fusion, MoloGuest was created to provide a credible, affordable, and easily accessible feedback system. The platform uses unique QR codes, placed in guest rooms or sent at check-out, allowing guests to rate service, report problems, or request service, amongst other functions. Available functionality depends on the subscription level chosen by the establishment.

Where you access or use MoloGuest’s software or platform, additional terms may apply, including a separate service or subscription agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed agreement, the signed agreement will take precedence in respect of the Services it covers.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MoloGuest. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoloGuest makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Site or Services for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoloGuest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under South African law, including liability arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold MoloGuest, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm MoloGuest, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
